| Our aim is to get our clients connected
with target customers quickly and cost effectively and we do this
by using experienced Interim Sales Directors and sales focused Interim
General Managers/Managing Directors who are well known within their
industry and who are able to open the right doors and explain to our
clients the specific industry and customer requirements which need
to be addressed. |

| At times we will use a former Executive
of a target business to explain the corporate structure to our client
and we will then use this person on a "poacher turned gamekeeper"
basis to open up the target customer. |

| We will also use Interim Managers
with specialist knowledge as part of tender teams or we will use Interim
Managers to work with our clients to write aspects of a tender response
or provide consultative support to ensure compliance to a tender's
requirements. This is particularly important when responding to Government
OJEC advertised tenders where strict compliance is critical. |

| This service can be used by both foreign
direct investors who are entering the UK for the first time or existing
UK based customers who wish to enter a new market or business sector. |
