Our aim is to fully understand the positions our clients need to fill and to
deliver candidates who exactly meet their experience and personality requirements.
We first search the market to identify candidates who are already delivering
the role successfully. Selected candidates then have a formal interview which
focuses on their fit for the role, strengths and needs, personal esteem, authority
relationships, challenges and how they deal with change.
This interview is backed up by all candidates completing a Style Insights behavioural
profile and a timed occupational test.
